• Others are handmade to order. After purchasing, you will receive a follow-up email with the expected production and delivery timeline.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe or Tabby. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
• All prices are in AED and include applicable UAE VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed by email. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the UAE only.
• In-stock items are typically delivered within 4 business days.
• Made-to-order timelines will be confirmed after purchase.
• Delivery is chargeable and calculated at checkout.
• Free collection is available by arrangement.
• We use trusted local couriers or our in-house delivery team.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused, and undamaged items.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method after inspection.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

6. Cancellations

• For made-to-order products, cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid production commencement.
