1. Delivery Timeframes.
Standard delivery for in-stock items is within 4 days of order confirmation.
2. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping
Decor Orders
AED 50 delivery fee for orders below AED 250.
Free delivery for orders of AED 250 and above.
Furniture Orders
AED 200 delivery fee for orders below AED 1,500.
Free delivery for orders of AED 1,500 and above.
Outside Abu Dhabi: Flat fee of AED 400.
3. Missed Delivery & Re-scheduling
If a customer is not reachable at the confirmed delivery time, Lavi Zil is not responsible for delays.
Customers may collect items from our store or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
4. Installation & Third-Party Services
Lavi Zil does not provide installation services but may refer trusted third-party providers.
Customers arrange and pay third parties directly.
Lavi Zil is not responsible for issues caused by third-party installation (including electrical fittings).
5. Custom & Special Orders
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
Orders are non-refundable once the deposit is paid, including changes of mind.
6. Estimated Lead Times
Production: 8–12 weeks.
Shipping: 3–6 weeks.
Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by material shortages, unforeseen shipping issues, or weather.
Lavi Zil cannot be held responsible for cancellations or refunds caused by such delays.
