Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Terms
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original and re-sellable condition, with tags attached and packaging intact, accompanied by a valid receipt.
Refunds are not provided; returns are processed as store credit only.
2. Store Credit Process
Issued on the same day as the return.
A credit note will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
Customers must present the credit note in-store to redeem it.
Store credit is valid for 3 months from issue date.
3. Exclusions (Non-returnable Items)
Pre-ordered, custom, or special orders.
Discounted or sale items.
Items without a valid receipt.
Products damaged through normal wear and tear.
4. Consignment Products
Delivery, shipping, and installation fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges do not include delivery fees; additional charges may apply or customers may arrange their own delivery.
Items damaged during customer-arranged delivery are not eligible for return.
5. Handmade Products & Authenticity
All items are handmade; natural variations in color, size, finish, and texture are expected.
Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
6. Sale Items
Sale items, samples, and seconds are final sale.
Sold with the understanding of inherent imperfections; no returns or exchanges allowed.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
Customers must notify Lavi Zil within 48 hours of receipt for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Upon inspection, items are eligible for exchange or store credit equal to the purchase price.
Faults due to misuse, mishandling, or third-party installation are not covered.
