Exchanges Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility & Terms
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Exchanges are processed as store credit, valid for 3 months, which can be redeemed against alternative items in-store.
2. Store Credit Process
Issued on the same day as the return.
A credit note will be emailed to the customer’s registered address.
The customer must present the credit note in-store to complete the exchange.
3. Exclusions (Non-exchangeable Items)
Pre-ordered, custom, or special orders.
Discounted or sale items.
Items without a valid receipt.
Products damaged through normal wear and tear.
4. Consignment Products
Delivery fees are not included in exchanges.
Additional charges may apply, or customers may arrange delivery themselves.
Items damaged during customer-arranged delivery are not eligible.
5. Handmade Products & Authenticity
Each piece is unique due to artisanal processes.
Variations in finish, size, or texture are not valid reasons for exchange.
6. Sale Items
Sale, sample, or clearance items are final sale.
No exchanges permitted.
